So I had to do something similar with some Luna Funkos, and it appears you can pull the heads (and other parts) off very easily by boiling them and just applying some elbow grease. Big Mac is built similarly enough that I'm pretty sure this method could work with him too, would save a lot of time doing it this way. This only took me a few minutes per pony.

Awesome. The mini Funkos come apart especially easily, it makes them really easy to customize because you can paint all the pieces separately. :D

Well easy is subjective with this gal XD Her wings didn't want to budge till I got the water I was using to loosen her up hotter XD
