I believe the official name is "Fairy Brights".  :)

Here's one that's a "Hasbro, why?" or maybe a "Sunbow, why?":

The baby ponies talking "baby talk" in MLP & Friends.   It sounds so stupid.

Because toddlers were a species that Sunbow had yet to encounter at the time.

They were a concept design Hasbro made. Celestial ponies are what the community call them.....though I don't know if its an official name.  They were never released. I think because the G1 line came to and end. :(

I do know someone has made a custom set of them though. I wish I had the pic.

Were they supposed to glow in the dark or something?

Fading pink hair on sunshine ponies, like Sundance.  That shade of pink fades quick; Hasbro had to have been aware that late into the run.

So, let's put it on a pony that's *supposed* to go in the sun.  Great idea.

Didn't knew that there was a sundance with color changing hair, so i did a little research and found you were talking about the TAF.I agree it was stupid, did they not know that light pink faded back then?

I'm not sure. There isn't a lot of information out there about them. Mostly just this picture. For me its the biggest and meanest tease Hasbro has ever done. lol

Oh yeah, that's a classic.  :P

Also, the adult sea ponies having weights in their tail made of iron.  When they are literally meant to be played with in the bath.  What could possibly go wrong.

They were thinking, changes in management, manufacturers, and artists?
