I used to collect gen4 religiously but then gave in to my love for gen1 ! I collect gen1 now, I love it because it's the gen I grew up with (my sisters' handmedown ponies and watching the cartoon), so it makes me nostalgic.

Hi pony friends~! I've gotten my hands on another pony, it's one of my most favourite ponies: Fizzy! I ordered her last week and she was really cheap, after some work and a looot of patience I can finally say I restored her to the best of my ability! Now let's get to the pics~ This is the state she arrived in, pretty much what I expected with the prize I got her for. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginShe had many highlighter markers streaks on her, like a kid tried to draw on her, and some kinda weird white residue. I used to love Fizzy as a kid, she was one of my favs in the cartoon.

Thank you! Munchy was my first adult pony, I just had to have her  Your collection looks so nice all together! I love that you gave them tail ribbons. Why do thrift store ponies always seem to have their hair braided or put into hair ties?
Thank you! I love putting ribbons on them, it's like the finishing touch to the cleaning process haha!! I think the hairtie/braid thing is like a last resort for "fixing" their hair to ""normies"". It's the only reason I can think off.  Congrats! They look really nice and clean  Your collection is just adorable too!!

Thank you, haha! Cutesaurus was a present from my boyfriend. I've wanted her for a long while now. You doubled your G1 collection in one day! Congrats on your new additions. What a shame the store is closing and you can't stalk it for more ponies in the future! 
My boyfriend said the same thing! My collection is veeery yellow though. I'm bummed about the store too! That’s really cool! Posey’s main is still pink!

There's this small vintage store near my boyfriend's place, that sells old LP's and Barbie's and stuff. Sadly, they're closing down but there was a huge sale going on. I'm so glad I decided to check it out! I've been looking all over for her, for the longest time. Everything that could go wrong went wrong; seller cancelling my winning bid, losing multiple auctions, not living in a place where the seller ships to, stupid things keeping me from doing auctions  I'm getting desperate; someone please sell her to me.

-Rainbow Rocks Sirens as ponies (we saw them on the doll boxart)
Yessssssssssssssss! I love those designs! I still don't even know what they are. Just random art the design team threw together so something would be on the box? Initial ideas for siren-type ponies that got rejected and replaced with the mer-type design? The world may never know!
Yes! Yes!! YESSSSSS!!!! omg I love the sirens' box art.. I so wish they'd make some kind of toys with those designs.
Anyone care to post pictures or a link? I'm super curious!!
