What is this? [SOLVED!]

I bought a few accessoires for the paradise estate, but there is one thing in it that I don't know.
The one at the left. The second picture is from underneath it.

The color is lighter than the other pieces, but the heart-symbol looks the same. But it can't be from the paradise estate.

I have no idea, anyone who can help?

It does look familiar to something I had when I was young...... weird......!

I'm not for sure, but could it be a fountain or something? Maybe it goes to one of those petite playsets?

The seller called it a 'taartstolp'. A cake cover or something like that?
