Is there an admission fee? If not I will totally go. Kind of disappointed they have men submitting designs for the ponies now though--loved it when it showcased lesser-known female artists instead. Oh well.

I didn't see any info about a fee on the Facebook page, so I'm assuming it's free.

They confirmed only the 3 locations at the start - perhaps if its successful they will take it elsewhere.

I have been waiting for this announcement ever since the LA one, but I'm super disapointed its the same weekend as nycc. Maybe there was a good reason, but, if I am not mistaken, the hotel where the show will be is a good walk from the Javits center with no good connecting subway route.  I was planning to come down for a whole day to see the show.

I'm confused on the site, it says it opens at 6 on Saturday but the store is open at noon? Does that mean its not open during the reception?

If I was staying overnight in NYC for NYCC all weekend, then yeah, I'd go to Pony Project. However, taking a train in and out of NJ Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 45 min drive to the train station ( one that's closer to NYC on the Morris-Essex line, so I don't have to pay $30 round trip every day, just maybe $15 ), then the hour train ride in. I'd be BEYOND exhausted, especially since I'm planning on being in my border collie partial fursuit all weekend ( look for the purple and white border collie in jean capri's, that answers to the name of Pixistix! X3 ).

I'm still planning on hitting the pony meet ups at the convention, though! I need to hug me a Minty ( if she's going! Is the Minty One going this year? ).

She's been posting on her Twitter account. I should just send her a quick text and bug the ever luvin' daylights out of her. I THINK she was at Canterlot Gardens. I don't quite remember exactly which pony convention she and Disco were talking about going to back during AnimeNEXT 2012, but something makes me think it was CG.
