Despite all that they've done, this is really sweet of Hasbro. I'm sure a certain little pony girl with cancer will feel a little bit more normal, seeing as her favorite characters support her!

Awwww look they've gone back to looking like ponies!  Just with gangly arms! 

Cute concept, they tried this with another toyline recently and it flopped terribly.  Kids don't want to play with the doll who has perma-cancer, they'd rather put a hat on it and pretend.  Then the toy gets "better" and has hair still.  At least that's what I've seen...  Awareness is great, support is great, but it's not going to be a best-seller.  No social breakthroughs there...

I think this is a great idea! I was just at Toys R Us yesterday and I saw some bald Moxie and Bratz dolls that were part of a cancer campaign.

This is really cool. I gave my mom a bald pony when she was going through kemo, it had a wig and a Velcro tail. She loved it and took it with her to all her appointments, her and everyone else going through it all would laugh and play with her.

I haven't seen any bald doll or pony in my local toy stores. You guys get all the cool stuff!
