I've been obsessed with art lately. Learning watercolor, sketching and today working on my digital skills. I'm really new at drawing ponies and honestly until the past few months had completely pushes aside anything to do with art. I drew her and then transferred her into photoshop. Thank you everyone! Really makes it worth the hours of work. Her symbols and eyes are embroidered and the fins are appliqué. We created the embroidery design using a Special program and turned it into a file the machine can read. Each side probably took about an hour and a half for embroidery plus design time. The symbol alone has 20,000 stitches.
My friend does the embroidery work and I was really shocked too at how much work it is. The pattern was created by me and I do a lot of the asembly.
We will have some for sale before the fair. Not sure yet wether to sell here or eBay. I will be posting in a few days pictures of bubbles, seashell, firefly in the minis and sand dollar and rainbow dash in the Giants.
