Is there any update to this?  Maybe I'm too hard when it comes to eBay, but I'm a good and honest seller, so I expect much from those who I buy from.  If it were me, this would be long enough and I would open a case right now.  Because it sounds like the lack of communication and and the lack of a tracking number is a stalling method on the seller's part.

Trader & Shipping Support / Re: Ebay-Why Aren't Buyers Leaving Feedback?!

I appreciate everyone's comments and again, I'm glad to see it isn't just me.

For those of you who've commented that leaving feedback is not that important to you, I give you some food for thought.  The trend of advice around these forums is to beware of sellers (buyers too) with little feedback or no feedback, so if everybody thought like this, we'd be shooting ourselves in the foot.  Also, I'm sure you'd be quick (and right) to leave negative feedback for someone if your experience is bad.  Why should someone who worked hard to give you a good experience suffer because there's no personal gain for you to recognize that?

Just saying!

Thanks for the comments and advice!  I like the idea of politely requesting feedback as part of my future listings.  I didn't know it's against Ebay's policies to ask about feedback in messages, so I'm glad I haven't done so.  It would be GREAT if Ebay gave a feedback reminder like they give a payment reminder after 48 hours.

I guess I'm just frustrated because I ALWAYS leave feedback for the people who buy FROM me, even though it's always going to be positive anyway.  So it would be nice for those people to recognize my efforts to satisfy them as the seller.  But I guess no feedback is better than bad!

I've had several Ebay auctions/BINs lately, for items ranging from ponies to an Apple Watch.  Only two completed auctions resulted in the buyer leaving feedback for me!  This is VERY frustrating because I put a lot of effort into including good pictures, thorough descriptions and shipping quickly with tracking numbers and good packaging.  And since I'm relatively new to selling on Ebay, I'm really needing this feedback to show that I have a good history!

Why are people not leaving feedback?  Is anyone else experiencing this on Ebay?  Is it good practice to send these buyers a message to ask for feedback, or is that bad form?

For Sale - For Auction / Re: G1 Lot on eBay! Some HTF ponies!

Would you be willing to sell them separately?

If they don't sell as a lot this time around, then yes, I'd be willing to break them up.  I'm trying to raise money for a loved one, so the need is kind of immediate.

Description from the listing:

These are all ponies from my personal collection.  I've listed condition and flaws to the best of my ability; these are played with toys in very nice collectible condition being sold on an AS IS basis.  There may be small marks or flaws that I have not noticed or am not knowledgeable enough to know are flaws.  Please refer to pictures and feel free to ask questions.  Only selling because I need the money.

Perfume Puff Red Roses - Beautiful condition with uncut pink hair, still retains a bit of fragrance.  Lovely blush, eyes and symbols.  Great, HTF girl!

So Soft Megan and Sundance - Megan is in beautiful condition with original hair ribbon, dress and panties and shoes.  Sundance has nice, thick flocking but there's a gash in the flocking near the tail.  Body has some spots/yellowing and dirt under the hooves.  I have not tried to clean it.  Nice, pink, soft, uncut hair.  Includes tail ribbon and bridle.

May Birth Flower - Nice pink, uncut hair that still has some factory curl.  Has a small, pink highlighter mark near one eye.  Body is slightly more cream colored than the head.

Sweetheart Sister Cha Cha - GORGEOUS pony with beautiful hair that still has factory curl.  Includes intact earring.  I haven't found any flaws or marks on this pony!

So Soft Gusty - Has beautiful hair and thick flocking, but is dirty with marks/yellowing to face and on legs.  This may be able to be cleaned, but I have not tried.

Flutter Pony Tropical Breeze - Another GORGEOUS pony with incredible factory hair.  Clean body.  Includes reproduction flutter wings.

Baby Glory - Beautiful hair with GREAT full glitter symbols.  Body has some marks that appear as though they can be cleaned, but I haven't tried.

Pretty 'n Pearly Baby Sea Pony Sea Shimmer - Includes original float and has beautiful, soft hair.  Some of the pearly finish on the body has worn off and she has two initials in black marker near the base of tail.  Displays very nicely!

Baby Stockings - GORGEOUS pony with beautiful white body, blush, eyes and symbols.  Stunning hair with factory curl.  I haven't found any flaws or marks on this pony!

Baby Stargaze (UK exclusive) - HTF pony!  Unfaded pink hair, MAY have had a mane and/or tail trim, but I can't be sure.  Looks to have the beginning of tail rust.  Has a mark on one eye that looks as though it can be cleaned, but I haven't tried.

For Sale - For Auction / G1 Mimic and Hollywood For Sale via Etsy
« on: July 05, 2017, 07:03:11 AM »
Hello, everyone!

I hate SO MUCH to part with these two, but we're in need of some funds, so I have no choice.

These two listings are my first on Etsy, so I have no feedback there, but I have feedback from previous sales here on the Arena.  I am a good and honest seller and these are beautiful ponies that I'm really sad to have to let go.

Thank you for looking!

When I was a kid, I accidentally brushed some of Princess Tiffany's tinsel out. I asked if I could cut off the tinsel on my bike handle and put it in her hair. I was told no.

Aw!  Parents ruin the best ideas!

I know this topic is old, so I apologize for bringing it back up, but I'm just seeing it now.  Thank you very much for including the name of the IG seller in your post.  I love IG as a resource for ponies and have always had great experiences (especially with KitKatVintage, your ponies are AMAZING).  I wish there was a way to leave feedback to reward good sellers/buyers and warn others about bad ones, but that's unlikely to happen since IG is not built as a for sale site.

Pony Corral / Re: Flutter Pony Wings
« on: December 02, 2016, 10:33:47 AM »
I got a Hollywood that had glue in her holders and broken original wings.  I got some nice repro wings from someone on this board that I wanted to use.  Luckily, the glue was in big enough pieces that all I did was get a small pair of pliers and pick them out of the holders.  They came off pretty easily.  I would try that before resorting to acetone, but that's just me!

Pony Corral / Re: How many g1s do you have in your collection?
« on: December 02, 2016, 06:07:22 AM »
A few years ago, I sold off the bulk of my common/non-childhood ponies because we were moving and don't have as much space as we used to.  So I'm keeping my collection limited to carryovers from childhood/HTF/mint (or as mint as I can find) ponies...and unicorns are my special fav.

So in my home office right now, I have 19:
Mimic, Princess Sparkle, Moonstone, Cotton Candy, Minty, May Birthflower, Baby Crumpet, Moondancer, Baby Glory, Baby Stockings, SHS Cha Cha, Tropical Breeze, Baby Sea Shimmer, Hollywood, SS Sundance and Megan, SS Gusty, Italian Seashell, Galaxy and SS Ribbon.

I have 3 ponies en route (LoL):
Skylark, Star Gleamer and Baby Surf Rider
