How to store MIB ponies?

Hi,
Any advice on how to store G3 MIBs safely so that they don't develop mold or color/box issues?

My original idea was to get a classic rubbermaid storage container and individually wrap each mib pony in wrapping tissue.
How do you/ would you store yours?

I think my MIB G3s are wrapped in acid free tissue and boxed up in the loft. I haven't had them down in a while but when I've peeked in on them they've looked ok. So basically what you suggested

I've more recently been through my G1s and repacked them more securely, but the problem with G3 is that the boxes have natural gaps in them which dust etc can get into.
