Help pricing a slightly flawed Wig Wam!

I hope this is ok to post here ^^'' I have a Wig Wam in almost perfect condition, with his bandana. His only problem is that his forelock has been cut. I've checked the sold listings on ebay, but his are kind of all over the place. I'm wondering what ya'll think his value may be. If he was up for sale, what would you be willing to pay? Hm, I think shipping is in factor too. With free shipping I might pay $45-50 maybe, with paid shipping (depending on how much it is) maybe $35. You may also just list him as $40 with free shipping because Big Brother Ponies are selling for more than usual because people are looking to make customs with them, but now that the HQ replicas are coming out, the prices may drop.
I would just take into factor he's from the second set and he has his bandana which usually cost more money than usual, and cut hair tends to not cost too much money unless it's something super crazy like almost bald

$30-35 before shipping. I got an equally flawed Wigwam for $12 recently and his bandana is around  $15-20 iirc.
