I don't remember what those little unpainted babies were called but I had so many of them as a kid!

This is correct - they're Berry Babies.  The one on the left is wearing her original dress.

The green bear is MLP (Newborn Cuties - probably from Pinkie Pie's Playhouse).

The tub is LPS and I'm pretty sure several of the small accessories on that side of the pic are as well, but I'm not familiar enough with the line to say for certain what all would be part of it.

The seashells belong to an Ariel doll. I think the seahorse and star barrette do too. I think the yellow baby bottles, the yellow doll and yellow soap go to Babysitter Skipper. The little pink shovel is a Quints item also.

Right?!  If she had clothes I think I could place her.  1987 Marchon made in China.  I checked Ghost of the Doll but don't see a Marchon manufacturer.

The Marchon doll is from the Enchanted Kingdom Horses line.

Is it maybe the Magic Nursery line where you dissolved the little packet in water to see how many babies you got? I seem to remember having these as well and that's why it comes to mind.

The white brush with a paw print on it is Littlest Pet Shop, but I don't know what set it originally came with.

Thanks all!  Kept the vintage stuff and gave the rest to my little cousin for her LPS, Shopkins, etc.
