I left my previous job almost a year ago. when experiencing financial issues (like I sort of do now - unexpected costs) it's easy to wish a better salary back. this survey was a great reminder of all the hell that was going on there, which caused me to leave the company, regardless of the better salary. that was the right decision ^^

You guys are amazing.  Between FB networking and the Arena, she has just hit 300!  In 4 days, she has twice the number of responses that she was given three WEEKS to gather.  She's asking her thesis advisor if she should close the polls and start the analysis and have more time to finish the paper or if she should keep it open a bit longer to see how much more she can get.  Thank you everyone!    She's really excited about the international response that she has gotten through everyone here, since that gives her a much wider audience.
