Tonner Kit Doll with Head Askew?

Dear Doll Experts,

I need advice.  After years of wishing, I finally bought my first Tonner doll, a Kit from 2004, from eBay.  She arrived and I love her but I don't think her head is on right.  It sits a bit askew, like she's cocking her head to one side.  Her head's range of motion is limited, too.  So, I think her head isn't on quite right but I'm scared of breaking her neck button if I try to fix her.  Thoughts?  Experience with Tonners?  People I could send her to to be repaired/adjusted?

hmm... I don't know how to fix that as I haven't come across it before and I'm not an expert.  But it sounds simple.

Thank you!  I'm hoping it'll be an easy fix.  I'm just not sure I should try it myself.  I'll look into the Doll Hospital.
