Neutral Feedback on eBay Given by Mistake?

I received my first neutral feedback on ebay yesterday.  The comment only said, "nice" so I messaged the seller to see what was wrong.  They said they where in a hurry, and must have hit the wrong button, it should have been positive.     My question is, is there anyway to change it?  Or should I just cut my losses?

Okie, you can send them a request to change feedback. This is from ebay.

To submit a Feedback revision request:
1. Go to the Request Feedback Revision page from the Feedback Forum or from your Feedback Profile.

2. Review the list of eligible Feedback entries and select the ones you want to request revisions for. The number of Feedback revision requests available to you until the end of the current year is displayed in the top right corner of the Request Feedback Revision page.

3.Select the reason for your request in the Give the buyer a reason for the request section.

4.Enter any additional info for the buyer in the text box. You can enter up to 500 characters.

Click the Send button

You' ll get there! It takes some time to get used to everything but once you get the hang of it, your golden.

Glad to hear that your buyer said it was a mistake( and you hadnt run into one of those confused ebayers who gives everyone a neutral or a neg for some silly reason only known to them !!)
It should be pretty easy to get it changed by following Ponyladys advice
