The kits that it comes with have an icing bag.  At least the ones I saw online do.

I think... I remember seeing that stuff or something similar used in videos by someone in Japan. It's pretty interesting stuff!

Edit: Ah-ha! The person I was thinking of does use that stuff!

it comes in a piping bag with a basic star tip, so you can do some fun things with it. I don't think it's quite stiff enough to do roses, though.

Yup, whipple is the stuff on that pony.  :3  I played with some today, it's kinda like icing, but I don't think you could do roses with it.

It DOES air dry, and I don't have a pic.  I only have one box of pink left.
