Beth, most of this season we had Saharan dust which suppressed a lot of storms. I hate to think what we would have had if it wasn't for that. But yeah, warm ocean water causes hurricanes to strengthen.

Update: My windows are open! It's supposed to be 60 tonight.

Got a craving for burgers with all the fixin's. Meat is expensive though and I can't eat the cheaper kinds, like chuck. I got a little package of extra lean and it says it's a pound but I'm skeptical.

All of you are making me hungry :P

If I feel up to it (I'm pretty tired) I'm gonna mix diced tomatoes and green chilies with some cheese and refried beans, wrap it in flour tortillas, cover it with enchilada sauce and stick it in the oven for a few minutes. Serve with more diced tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream.
