I am so Leary of investing into an Nirvana now days, too much going on as far as restorations and it not being brought forward and I am not just talking Argie. I purchased a Spanish TAF sugarberry from a member and when I pulled her out of storage, well the hair is faded so I know it's dolly hair even though I was assured there was not restoration done. Soured on Collecting anything now days. Wow Rela, so glad to see you back!

Lack of supply and increased demand imho, as well as new people joining the community.
Prices have gone bananas, it's not just eBay or here now for buying and selling, there is a wide market on Facebook and Instagram, both of which have there own price idiosyncrasies 
I'm finding it really hard to keep up to dates with prices myself and price checking is quite difficult due to huge fluctuations

Hi All! Long time no see :-) so on a whim I decided to look up Argentina ponies sold auctions on eBay… Totally shocked!! So many of them are $300 $400 $500 and even over $600! Needless to say I haven’t been on the pony scene in a minute… Can y’all update me as to how this trend happened? Besos! EDIT for examples: $135 for baby CC (pink with white hair) $120 for baby CC (pink with green/white hair) $400 for glory with red hair $300 for green helados $400 for felicidades $90 for CC $500 for LS pink with purple hair CP $110 for baby MD white with green hair $500 & $310 for novia $350 for minty $670 for hearthhrob (pink with white hair ) $181 for purple disco $125 baby gusty none of these are in great condition either!!! Whats up with this?! Just as a comparison you can click on the link in my signature to see what prices were about five years ago

EDIT: ok i think i found the transaction... it only says "Argie sparkle flutterbye" so i can't be sure that its the same one but i paid $50 for her from Stacy aka ponycastle on Jan 13, 2011. I bought her along with felicidades. Stacy, is this the same flutterbye you sold me? __________________________________________ Just wanted to add that i have this one in fair/poor condition and i think i paid about $70-80 I'm trying to find record of the purchase but i have no idea when i bought her so the paypal search is taking forever!! anyone know how to find out when a photo was uploaded to photo bucket? that would help me narrow my search visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Oooooo from the pics she seems legit to me! Just the color/shine and how it falls seems original. Never seen her with yellow! How cool! And yes several argies have no neck glue so popping it off shouldnt hurt her value
