How terrifying! Stay safe. Are you sure they won't allow Aster to a safer place too? Shots are probably the last thing they worry about at the moment?

Hi, I should have most of these but I'm not sure if you'd be willing to buy from Europe?

Hi, I should have all these items but I'm in Europe. Not sure if you're OK with international shipping?

And of course make sure the temperature is more or less the same. Too hot or too cold isn't good either.

I'm sorry for the loss of most of your shrimp :(. I would advise a 10 up till max 20% water change every 14 days. No more indeed. No waterchange can only be done with a perfect balance and I wouldn't risk that. They can die without it too. Just the basic changes probably will work best. Good luck with the surviving shrimps. :)
