Yes, Yes she is!
She quite agrees and thanks you for noticing. I've been looking at her and her symbol actually has an extra streak going through the blue squiggle...almost like a factory mishap. She's rather embarrassed about it actually and was hoping I wouldn't notice. We both agree that this is the perfect excuse for a new symbol and I'm thinking something musical might be nice. She says she'll get back to me on that... Congrats to your new ponys they are cute
Thank you! Ohh this a nice start for your collection !
Ponies still look good, and if you manage to fix their hair they will look even more pretty as they are now! Congrats with them ! I only collect G1 ponies myself but I really like G3 Finger Paints and I hope to find her also she's really pretty !
Hehe, I love how your cat managed to get himself into every shot!
lol me too
Yep, I think they are mostly in very good shape and for the most part a bath and a hair treatment is all they'll need. Hahaha! Rocky is SUCH a cat...always believing that he should be the center of attention! He couldn't seem to understand why I would be interested in those plastic toy things when HE was obviously far better looking! lol

Aww, I've never seen Fingerpaints before, she's beautiful!! and that Bebop <3 even with her ear missing, she's still such a cutie lol (You could say I'm a sucker for misfit ponies)
Isn't she gorgeous? yay fingerpaints is one of my favs!
Love her hair and her pose! Pretty sure she's going to get a symbol redo though. As long as I can get her nice and shining white again and save her hair I won't change anything else! Welcome to the most wonderful place on the Internet:). Congrats on your new G3 girlies Kaelynn!! I just love Kimono, she's a beautiful girl!
Thank you! Isn't she just a pretty thing? I'm thinking she needs a new symbol though and maybe some jewelry. She's such a girly girl! lol

Congrats on your new ponies!
Thank you! The first of the unidentified ponies is a McDonald's happy meal Lily blossom. The Second one is a G3 Star song McDonald's happy meal toy. Good job on finding them! They are all pretty, even if they need a little TLC.
Wow, thank you so much! I love that I can put a name to all of them now! Those are some very nice ponies Bee Bop just needs a hairstyle to camouflage that missing ear, unless you are more talented and ambitious about restoring ponies than I am. I have a few that are missing parts in my herd
Oh, I already have some plans for Bee Bop. I'm not new to sculpting with polymer clay (and I tend to think big! lol) so there is some plastic surgery in Bee Bop's future! Glad you got your pics sorted out. Your new ponies look great. Hehe, I love how your cat managed to get himself into every shot!
Oh, and I hear you on Strawberry reef. What a great site!
Hahaha, I swear, cats (and kids) are very talented at inserting themselves into photo backgrounds! lol Congrats ! That's a great start to your collection.
Thank you! congrats! Definitely a good start. And don't worry, most of us still have to look up G3 names sometimes... There's sooo many of them!
I swear I spent an hour (possibly two) just looking at all the ponies on the strawberryreef site. I had no idea how many there were!! Welcome to the extremely addictive world of pony collecting!! So what are your favorites so far? What generation do you like best and who is your favorite pony in your herd now? Do you have any ponies on your "omg! I need this!?" list yet?
Thank you! As for favorites, I have to admit to being partial to some of the G1s. My favorites from my childhood were Medley, Heartthrob and Gusty. I'm not fond of the G2's or G4's I'm afraid, I much prefer the classic MLP styling. So far, I really like what I see of the G3's, though I think I preferred the tinsel-less hair. No must-haves yet...give me a few more days! lol Of my current herd (all of whom are in the first post) my faves are Finger Paints and Kimono - probably because of the combos of body color, pose and hair colors. Not fond of the symbols though, so if I can clean up their hair and bodies to my satisfaction, I may just take off their symbols and give them new identities.

...but I'm such a newbie that I had to go searching to find out who they all are!! lol WARNING: this post will be pic heavy! Um, that is, if I can get the pics in here properly. This first batch I got on Ebay and are all G3s. Most seem in fairly good shape with only a few marks, rubs, etc and all are in need of some serious hair treatments! First up is Finger Paints: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginFinger Paints by KaeLynn, on Flickr Daisyjo: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginDaisyjo by KaeLynn, on Flickr Kimono: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginKimono by KaeLynn, on Flickr Sparkleworks: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSparkleworks by KaeLynn, on Flickr and lastly Wysteria: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginWysteria by KaeLynn, on Flickr Then, just yesterday, I was browsing in one of our local church thrift stores and found a ziplock bag of ponies for a dollar! I knew right away that there was at least one (probably 2 fakies) but there were definitly two G3s and a G4! Here is the group together: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThrift Store lot by KaeLynn, on Flickr Also included in the shot is my lovely assistant, Rocky, who somehow managed to get at least a paw into every shot! lol These ponies are all in considerably rougher shape than the Ebay lot, with lots of markings and dirt on them. Poor Bee Bop has even been chewed on and is missing an ear. Hope I didn't overdo it with the pics! Just want to say a HUGE thank you to the hard working creator(s) of strawberryreef.com who helped me to identify all the new members of my herd! I wouldn't have had a clue without that fabulous resource!! Edited to add: Well poo...none of the pictures are showing up for me...um, help? Edited again: HA!! Figured it out.

I'm Karen from waay up in northern Ontario, Canada! I'm almost 39 and I was OBSESSED with MLP when I was a child when they first came out. I was horse crazy, so when the other girls were playing with Barbies, I was having races and fighting bad guys (usually the Barbies) with my ponies! lol I had quite a few of them at one point, but over the years most of them disappeared and when I moved away, I gave almost all away except about 6 of my favorites. Those original six are somewhere back in Nova Scotia in my parents house and now that I'm interested in ponies again, I've started bugging my mom to try to find them! I know for sure that I have Medley, Hearthrob, Applejack and a little blue baby pony that you could get by saving UPC symbols from something and sending them away. Can't for the life of me remember what the others are! I got interested in the ponies again recently because I do some sculpting with polymer clay and ran across some custom ponies online. Then a few days ago, my young sons were watching tv and the new Friendship is Magic show came on. Twilight was my first pony way back when! So to be totally honest, I'm more into the customizing than collecting. I just bought a lot of five G3 ponies off of Ebay with customizing them in mind, but now I don't know if I can since they are so pretty! So I'll be keeping my eyes open for sad, damaged little ponies that could use a makeover instead. Glad to be here and can't wait to see your herds! Karen
