I just saw in someone's feedback a listing for an auction for an evil eyed fakie that will *quote* "Eat your soul!". Pity the auction was so long ago there's no live link...I'd quite like to see this evil fakie of doom o.O.

Nah, I don't think that listing is all like "AUTHENTIC MLP!!", it's more like the MLP is being used as a generic search term since its a plastic pony. It's pretty common. Even people who know the names of their fakies will put that in the title, because it will get people to look at their auctions.
It's not a good deal, sure, but it's far from outrageous. Okay...I can see that. I would do it differently I guess. Still, this is more weird than outrageous. "VINTAGE HASBRO MY LITTLE PONIES PONY HORSE HAIR ANIMAL DOLLS" is still making me snicker. Intereting bit about the number on the case though! some common ponies (any gen) that look like they've been bathed in old grease and dragged behind a car on a rope AHAHAHAAAA The seller must have relisted that - the first title I saw said it was a prototype. But that poor seapony man. "slightly decapitated lol" Does anyone remember that person from the late 90s who would buy big lots of perfectly fine ponies and customize them into . . . Yikes! OK they bought it they can do whatever they want with it, but jeez! Why defce a perfectly good pony? And is that just...marker? Baby Sugarberry, I don't like the uber long hair as much on customs, either. Someday I might like to hav a Nirvana or two. But I would not pay that much for one.

I got frustrated with SO many versions of the same pony. Eventually I will pick up one of each G4 pony but probably loose, and used. MAYBE one or two variants I like. After all, even the original G1s had some that came out with a different version, like the so-softs and such.

10 piece lot of MLP G4 figurines, loaded with PVC plastic at the low, low price of $2,468.94! (plus $5.52 shipping) Well nuts, and I missed it! the craziest one I came across, (and forgive me because I don't have a link or screen grab) was for a "custom" apple delight with "hand painted and inserted eyes". It went on an on about all the hard work some customizer had done to inset the eyes and how they couldn't believe how pristine the paint job was....It was a lanard fakie with "glass" eyes Oh, wow. I imagine they learned when it never sold. Their customizer friend took them for a ride! Found one!
$800 for a ComicCon exclusive with some sort of rating by a system that pony collectors don't use? It better be a 10 if you're charging this much for it. It goes for around $50 MiB. Yikes! It seems like they got the item as it is, with the plastic case, and thinks the 9.0 means something...when it's probably store code or something LOL Eh, I mean if shipping is $4... that is <$3 per pony. That's not really in the realm of outrageous at all. I suppose if fakies are your thing, and you're willing to buy them for that. But the fact that he claims them to be Hasbro MLP.... PLus the wording is hilarious  The "Columbian bootleg" is pretty brazen though! I love seeing crazy auctions LOL

There are some pretty decent fakies on here! My favorites are the G1 mold newborn DG fakies. I love them for customs and on their own. I just don't like the eyes. That Fakity's symbol looks pretty cool though. The only one I have at the moment has been prepped for a custom, so I don't have any pics. I do have a couple of other fakies intact, though I do believe the green one is having a plasticizer issue. >P I have another one with the green ne's color and body mold, but a different symbol. No hair though. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI used to have two of the sea green ponies from the "Pretty Pony" pack and white and green horse in them. They were TERRIBLE quality. The head was held on by a little stump, didn't align correctly, and always looked like it was half coming off LOL

OK so I found this auction of LOT OF 5 VINTAGE HASBRO MY LITTLE PONIES PONY HORSE HAIR ANIMAL DOLLS! LOL (It's a group of fakies.) Not sure if we're allowed to post auctions not our own, but this one is easily findable. And for the low, low price of 18.50. (screenshot below as suggested) And of course there are those who charge ridiculous amounts of money for common ponies, or have very strange titles and/or descriptions, etc.. So that got me wondering, what have been the weirdest, most outrageous ebay (or other) pony auctions you've found? Because now I am curious. Thanks guys. Even if I'm gone a while, I always end up coming back at least to say hey. Life has been...difficult. But I'm here. Finally have a little bit of extra money so I got a few ponies. c: Which of course made me want to come back here.
