I would love the chance to trade stickers! I, too, have a Venezuela album I am trying to complete and have TONS of extras to trade. (Some packages had three identical stickers in them. Not helpful! ) I have extras of: 10 11 30 32 33 42 43 57 58 59 60 61 64 78 80 81 92 96 98 99 100 101 105 108 112 113 116 120 122 123 124 125 126 137 158 163 167 I need *most* of the numbers not listed above. Yep, she's a variant! I bought a lot, years ago, from a woman who bought her grandkids identical ponies and kept them at her house for when they visited. So she had three or four each of about twenty ponies. She had four Starglows, all bought at the same time, but one of them was this variant. She still has the original seal to her neck but you can see, through the plastic, that her hair roots are the same color--so it isn't fading. She's my favorite pony in my collection!

"The wrapping was not super impressive," HA! (/snorts coffee through nose) Thanks, Chip. That's what I aim for in a swap--not super impressive. Seriously, though, I'm glad that you enjoyed your swap. I was very concerned about the ugly glue on Baby Moondancer's neck but given your stance on unglued heads, I decided to leave it as is and let you decide if you wanted to try and remove her head and fix it/reduce the appearance of it. She looks beautiful with her compatriots.

...you leave no pony behind, ever, no matter what. Even crummy McDonald's ponies. With haircuts.

Thanks, hathorcat! I appreciate your opinion. It is *very* hard for me to judge since a) I'm not a G4 collector b) I've never been to this specific convention before and c) I've not been to *any* brony-centric event. Um. Wish me luck?

I'm not good with prices but I've been looking for the wedding castle playset mib. I was told not to long ago if I remember right to not pay more then $50 for it so if you decide what you want for it let me know! I'd also be interested in the train set
Thanks for the input on the Wedding Castle pricing. While I'm hoping to avoid the hassle of shipping by selling them at a local event (Tampa's Grand Brony Gala), I'll let you know if I come home with them.

I've certainly seen instances where 'collecting' goes hand-in-hand with mental illnesses like hoarding, depression, OCD. That can lead to detrimental amounts of stuff--everywhere--and a lack of discretion or restraint in accumulating more. I think that an inability to function in your living spaces (too much stuff piled up) and obsessive need for the next buying fix can make pony collecting miserable and unhealthy, to boot.

Last call for Florida collectors! Saturday, February 28th, there will be a Florida Pony Meet held in Jupiter, Florida (SE Coast, just north of West Palm Beach) to get to know each other and sell/buy/trade ponies. The Meet begins at 11:30am and is being held at my home (conveniently located off of both the Florida Turnpike and I-95). I am co-hosting the Meet with Clipper, who many of you would know as a prominent vendor at the national Pony Fairs each year. Both of us will have full sales tables set up. For more information, you can check out the Florida MLP Collectors Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/602770936484846/. We would like to offer multiple Pony Meets and social activities each year for Florida collectors to get to know each other and will be planning, with your input at the meeting, future places to gather around the state. If you'd like to attend, please let me know and I'll send you my address and phone number. I have a one-cat household, for those who might be heavily allergic. You might want to bring ponies and MLP merchandise for sale/trade, cash and/or PayPal-ready phone for purchases, and a snack/appetizer to share. Please also let me know, when you RSVP, what your needs are in terms of a sales table size and I'll make sure to make space for you and your ponies. Thanks so much! I'm looking forward to seeing you there! There's nothing better than buying ponies in person--no question about condition, no fees, no shipping, no wait! Better yet, no crazy-high eBay prices.

Hey, Florida collectors! We are meeting up next week to buy, sell, and trade ponies! Come visit and say hi! Why deal with shipping and fees and fuzzy photos when you can buy/sell/trade with other collectors in person?

Wow! How did he find a Rapunzel?!
I believe he Googled it and ended up on eBay. I sorta don't want to know the details--or how much he might have overpaid.
