Pony Corral / Re: Western Canada- Alberta, Canada Meet?

Awww, I won't be able to make it. It's the weekend of my big family reunion. Don't think I could justify ditching that to go to the meet :( Oh, well, maybe next year?

There is a setting that you have to check in order to have that happen. When you log into your ecrater account, go to Options (left side menu towards the bottom) and make sure that 'Enable Inventory Control' is checked. However, items are only hidden if payment is done through Paypal using the link they received when placing the order. If not, you'll have to manually update.

I don't understand that either. I don't have a store but the one time I purchased something from there, it just changed to "0 Available" and said HOLD. So, there wasn't anywhere for someone else to buy it, but it was still listed.

Hopefully there is a way to change that...or somewhere to suggest that.

Listings aren't deleted when a purchase is made, just hidden. Which is nice since I like to keep old listings so that I bring it back and edit when I get a similar item and it keeps me consistent in my pricing. However, it is a pain since someone doing a google search can still find the listing - I get lots of questions about items that I have sold (I even got one from Brooke Kutik about my Rama Llama, thank god I had sold that a long time ago   )

Wanted! / Re: Dreamlight's wish list (looking for accessories and ponywear)
« on: February 09, 2013, 05:23:43 PM »
Hi, I have a few of the accessories you are looking for. See Sale Page link in my signature.

I have some brushes and a comb with unusual shades that I can't place with a pony.
The flower brush is a light mint green.
The shooting star brush looks to be orange.
The bright pink glittery pick has lots of glitter so I suspect it came with an European Princess

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Yeah, I read the message as saying that shipping would be 8 instead of 16. I think there was a bit of misspelling there that probably caused the confusion. It should have said 'au lieu' which means 'instead of' but it says 'au lui' which is 'of him'. Glad you got it sorted out and shipping was half the price!

The stack toy colors should be: blue, gold, light green, white, yellow so it looks like the smallest piece should be yellow. Belongs to Fleecy + Woolley or Pockets + Hoppy

The teal whale brush belongs to Sea Shimmer

kellyponyfeathers is correct, the neck bow belongs to Baby Dots 'n Hearts

A great site for identifying accessories is Lady Twilight's. I use it all the time.

Oh I see, so they never see my actual email address?
No, they wouldn't (until you reply to them that is)

As far as I know, there is no ecrater mailing system. Buyers fill out a form from the ecrater website which gets sent directly to you.

I also don't put it in my watch list if I'm really serious about it; people can see how many other people are watching the listing. After all, if you really want an item and know 10 people are watching it, you'd enter a higher max bid than if only 2 people were watching it. I don't want anyone to know that I'm even interested in the auction so my final bid is a total surprise!

Good luck with yoru artwork! And with future bids =)

How? I know how many people are watching my own auctions but how to you see how many people are watching someone else's auction?

I have a couple of L'il Litter babies in my store if you are interested. See link below.

HI there - I was the seller, and it ended this afternoon. It had two different bidders on it.  I wonder if ebay pulled the listing since I just cant find it? Weird

Yeah, that's pretty ridiculous that they would delete an entire auction and make you remake it. Of course, this is Ebay and "ridiculous" is what they stand for.

It's a long shot but did you try searching for the item in "completed auctions"? Try searching on Ebay AND under your seller id. There might be the record of it that still hasn't gotten deleted quite yet.

Nah, once it's gone, it is completely gone. Had that happen to me, which annoyed me since there was another bidder who looked liked they really wanted the item but I couldn't send a second chance offer since I couldn't check on who it was and didn't remember their user ID.

Yeah, I'm not sure about the whole Catholic school tuition thing anyways. In Alberta, Catholic schools are treated the same as public schools so no private school tuition rates. My son goes to a Catholic school and fees are not that high - $100 at most for things like textbook and locker rentals. I guess with 7 kids that would mean $700. But come on, you'd be crazy to spend $200 on a plain old Applejack - I'm tempted to send a $10 offer on that one just to see it get rejected. Ebay is just getting taken over by greed with crazy ridiculous prices for common ponies. It disgusts me.
