SOLVED Can someone from the USA help me with a non-pony item on EBAY?

There's a virtual pet on ebay I really want. It's only 12.99!
...
but shipping to canada is FIFTEEN DOLLARS. I know for a fact they can ship it cheaper. But they won't.

Shipping within the US is free, so I was hoping someone would be able to buy it and ship to me? Obviously I would pay (through paypal) for the item and the shipping to me - I don't need anything fancy, just throw it in an envelope and ship it cheapest.
