I made some babies for my own collection this week. Tiny little curls are super tricky! I was pregnant with my first child when I started this first one. My midwife told me to start new projects and keep busy while I waited, so I prepped the bait, gave her hair and then my son arrived early. I've got 2 very active sons and a daycare now, and almost all art got put on hold until a few weeks ago. This sea otter themed G3 was made with him in mind, because he felt like a sea otter, lol. He's 6 now, and he still never stops moving. She was supposed to go in the nursery... ahem. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginShe has Katsilk hair from RestorDoll, and her wings are made from Opal Sparkle 'fantasy film' with glass beads for the bubbles. This was my 3rd successful attempt at wing making (with many fails along the way). The sea otter is supposed to be cuddling a starfish while looking at the stars  The Next one is Aurora Borealis, themed after the Northern Lights. I love how pixieish the G4s look with wings, but I'm still getting the hang of neck plugs. She's got a bit of neck gap, and I said a few choice words while putting her back together, but on the whole I'm happy with how she turned out. They have apoxy sculpt symbols. I Usually free hand when I paint, but I'm starting on a custom that is going to have an all over pattern. I tried pencil, but I can't see it very well (it's for Snuzzle). Any suggestions?

So, I'm in Canada. When you guys ship through eBay, do you always use tracking? Is it true that you have to for your own safety? Tracking comes automatically in Canada, and I've quoted exact shipping with tracking to the US. I can only enter 2 shipping options, so I ask everyone elsewhere to message me for a shipping quote.
The problem is people overseas keep using the 'Buy it Now' without messaging me first, and shipping with tracking to Europe is $47ish, even for a baby pony... and then they don't pay, and I have to wait 8 days to relist. I don't mind shipping without tracking to arena folks, but on ebay, it's the only way to protect myself if they claim they never received something, right?
Is there another way? What do you do?

I found this lot on kijiji in another city for $20. I did a double take when I spotted the mail order babies. The ones that I really needed were baby Pineapple, who is upside down in the seller's shot, and the birthflower pony on top. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI had to find someone to pick it up and ship it to me, which was a bit of a gamble, but it worked out! They arrived this week! Most of the group, after their spa day. I bought a lot of ponies and pony wear. I see some things in the seller's pictures that I don't recognise as G1 Pony Wear, but now that I've seen it, I've noticed the same plaid shirt in with other pony lots. I've got a few accessory mysteries that I hope you wonderful pony people can help me with. I got a lot of ponies with accessories locally. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginHere's the first one; With it was Royal blue, with her hat, wand, comb and bushwoolie. I also got the crown and wand for Princess Misty. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSo, here's the mystery. They are both supposed to have aqua/blue ribbons, as far as I can tell. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe lot came with one aqua blue, the same shade as the one I got with my complete Misty, and a white one. Is Royal Blue's ribbon supposed to be the same shade as Misty's, or is it lighter like princess Sparkle's? visitors can't see pics , please register or loginOn that note, does anyone happen to know what colour Moondust's is supposed to be? Mine came with light aqua, but my book says it should be white. Finally, can anyone link me to the princess wand comparison picture?
