yesterday i got an italian pony lot with very very minty italians, also a twilight and a firefly which are still PINK :D compared to my "regular" faded ones:

but for some reason i think i *like* the faded ones better....
maybe cause they dont look like US ones

@rel - me too! i wanted to sell the not faded ones but i think i like them too much with their lighter color.

i also havent seen such minty ones, the whole lot was enormously mint :)

Wow those girls are sooo pink. I'm with Rel though I kinda like the faded ones XD I'd probably keep both versions if I were you lol

That is the most gorgeous twilight I've ever seen congrats and Firefly is lovely too :-)  I like the faded counterparts too when I was lucky enough to get a pink pink seapony I kept the white one too lol

check the bottoms of their feet because I have the lighter firefly and the pinker and one it pat. pending and one is not......and I have more like this......like heart throb and posie and twilight....=).......hope this helps...maybe u will keep them all hehe :)

you are right with firefly but pink twilight has the same hoof stamps like the pale one :) mysterious!

@lady starflower - i think i really will keep both ^^

@whippycorn - me too, its really crazy how much they can fade! just look at my pale firefly, its clear white! :D

I do like them faded too ... I also think that you should keep them all because they look like variants! ^.^

I wonder what it is about the way Italians were made that makes them so prone to fading?

wow! cotton candy, parasol and skyflier should also be that same shade too :)

whippy ~ i think it was just the mix of dye and plastic they used to make the ponies :)
