With the new site, we've realised that a lot more love is being shared, and more and more often, we are being asked for addresses so that people can surprise the friends they have made here.
With the new features of this site we have the capabilities to safely and securely store people's addresses. This means that if you wish to surprise someone, and they are part of the community, you can have their address to send a pleasant surprise.
What does this entail?
Essentially, you are giving consent for us to store your address and release it to approved members.
Who is eligible to enter?
Any member is able to enter, but their feedback will be checked, and their reputation will be impeccable.
Where will my info be stored?
It will be stored in an admin accessed area only.
How will my info be given out?
If someone contacts us saying "I want to surprise someone!" we can see if we have your consent, and address on file. If this person is either A: part of the ROAK program too or B: has impeccable feedback then we will provide them with your details.
What if I don't want contact from someone in particular?
We can make a note of that as well.
Is this safe?!
