Okay, I did some price checking on ebay and came up with these numbers based on average selling prices for ponies in similar conditions. If any of the prices seem WAY off, I apologize, lol. I'm going to describe as many flaws as I see, and I was a VERY picky collector so I check pretty carefully. I can provide additional pics of any specific things you'd like to see. The ratings I use from best to worse are Near Mint (I never say mint since my ponies aren't MOC, and I still rarely use Near Mint), Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, Bait. After checking them over, they were actually in better shape than I had remembered. I think messy hair gives the illusion of being in worse condition than they really are. They've been stored for awhile, so their hair needs some TLC.
Tic Tac Toe $15Display side: Symbol is rubbed, eye is scratched, blush is rubbed. Has a mark on eyebrow and a scratch on front right foot.
Non-display side: A few scattered very small marks, including a light brownish spot under the symbol.
Feet: Nail polish or paint on bottom of back right foot, will probably come off but I never tried. Back of back left leg has a black pen mark.
Hair: mane & tail are both soft, silky, and uncut.
Overall rating: Very good.
Locket $12Body is nearly flawless overall. NDS eye has a very small rub to a bit of the paint. Feet have a little wear and a tiny bit of yellowing around the edges of the hooves. Front right foot has a small black mark on the bottom. No other marks that I can see. Hair is in very good condition with a little bit of dryness on the end, but no remaining curl.
Overall rating: Excellent.
Masquerade $10Body is also nearly flawless overall. No paint rubs of any kind, no visible marks that I could detect. Neck on DS is a little shiny right above the wing, looks like a little extra glue smeared there when her head was attached. Front right leg has a little round indentation on the back, probably a tiny air bubble in the plastic. Eyes have lost some twinkle but aren't scratched. Hair is soft, silky, and uncut.
Overall rating: Excellent.
Bright Eyes $40DS: Her neck has a slightly purple tinge to it when you lift her hair that extends to her NDS side under her cheek. Light brown spot just below her neck seam. A couple of small symbol scratches.
NDS: Blush is a little scratched. Another light brown spot under her cheek, along with a blue pinprick dot.
Feet: Typical light wear around the edges, some scratches on the bottoms, nothing noticeable when standing on display.
Hair: Soft, silky, uncut.
Eyes: Both in good shape, very twinkly with no scratches.
Overall condition: Excellent.
Quackers $15Body is discolored to off-white overall, with a few scattered brown age spots. mostly on her NDS. Eyes have some twinkle rubbed off but no scratches; paint is fine. Blush is a little rubbed on both sides. Symbols are flawless. Hair is in fairly good condition; uncut, a bit dry and frizzy on the ends and has been (badly, lol) recurled. She is a bit wobbly when standing.
Overall condition: Good to very good.
Sweet Pop $12Body is fantastic. The only flaws I can find are minor scratches on NDS symbol, loose head, and typical wear to the edges of her hooves. Twinkle has rubbed off the eyes a bit. Hair is uncut but kind of a mess, could be improved with decent hairstyling skills, lol. A little frizzy on the ends.
Overall condition: Very good to excellent.
Galaxy $7Display side: Eye is slightly scratched. Faded blue mark above symbol.
Non-display side: A few hot pink spots and blue pinprick spots.
Other body stuff: A bit wobbly when standing. All paint is intact.
Hair: Uncut and fairly soft, but over-straightened from one of my poor attempts at hairstyling.
Overall rating: Good.
Speedy $10The only flaws I can find are some tiny scratches on her NDS symbol, the usual hoofwear, slight loss of twinkle in her eyes, and a tiny bit of dryness on the end of her tail.
Overall condition: Excellent.
Gingerbread $10She's got a couple of the most common issues - body is discolored to a very off-white color, and hardened.
DS: a couple of small round light brown spots; one on her neck, one on her back right foot. Small ink mark on symbol. Eye is a little scuffed.
NDS: A couple more of the brown spots (whatever these are, they don't spread, she's had them for years and no new ones). A couple of hot pink highlighter or paint lines near her waist. One of the gingerbread men is very smudged. Eye is also very slightly scuffed.
Feet: the usual.
Hair: Some of the softest, silkiest hair I've ever felt on a G1 pony. Go figure. (If her price seems high for her flaws, this is why. I kind of want to stroke her hair all day, lol.)
Overall condition: Good.
Whizzer $7She's got a loose head, blush scratches on both sides, a couple teeny blue specks near her NDS symbol, the usual hoof wear, and a little less twinkle in her eyes than she did over 20 years ago. Her hair is pretty soft but REALLY needs help, lol. I don't know what I was trying to do, but it didn't work. She needs to get to the pony salon ASAP.
Overall condition: Very good, would be excellent if I knew her hairstyle could be fixed.
Sweet Stuff $10Body is slightly hardened, has a couple of brown spots (NDS and underside of her belly), DS symbol is rubbed/scratched. Eyes are a bit dull. Hair is similar to Galaxy's - uncut, soft enough but overstraightened.
Overall condition: Good to very good.
Okay...as you can see, I got a little lazy w/descriptions towards the end, lol. It's past my bedtime. I will gladly take more pics or describe flaws in more detail in the morning.
