Blue-bowed TAF Fifi variation?

Hi guys! Hope everyone is well.

I came across an eBay listing recently for a Twice as Fancy FiFi from the Perm Shoppe, but instead of having pink bows as her symbols, she had blue. She still has a single pink bow on her face, though.

The seller listed this as a "rare variation" but I've never heard of this before! Can anyone shed any light on this?

I do recall a thread exposing said pony as a fake over a year ago. Maybe the seller is trying again? I'm not sure, but I have never heard of an official green bowed variation of fifi
