I've pretty much given up on getting anything in Utah, lol. I've gone to gamestops repeatedly and none of them have anything and don't seem to get items or codes to restock. I'll try the "call Nintendo" thing at some point.

Wow, weird. One GS I went to had run out of cards, but they had just ordered more! Sounds like someone at your store was being lazy. :/
It's not one store. It's the entire state 0.o Apparently here they order but never know if they will ever come. Weird because Utah has been declared the nerdiest state in the USA.

Okay, I have one blossom tail, from a very marked pony who needs to have new life. I thought I had a Cotton candy too, but I remembered that it belongs to a ff Cotton candy who's being rehabbed and needs donor hair plugs lol.

The first pony I can remember ever was a g1 Snuzzle that was in poor shape and was customized. The one that first started my collection was Comic Con Muffin pony. I really really wanted her, but didn't have the money. I'd just started to go really downward in my disability. I resonated with  because I was different too. My mom took me to all of the hot topics that were in my area so I could enter to win her. The vinyl kind was coming out around that time and I was one of the first ones to get them too. days later I got a call telling me I won her, right after we got a call that I was getting into the best specialist in my area.

My cats don't so much play with toys as with each other. They do, however nuzzle ponies when introduced, and then leave it at that.

Maybe you can just glue it? Is the simplet option that came to my mind, I never own a Nendroid  I know they have change parts so you can change their looks, but gluing it to their original part maybe work.
Glue by itself isn't strong enough. Some sort of metal piece needs to be drilled in for stability.
In that case, go to your local hardware store and get a very small double sided screw that will fit.make the holes for both, then put glue in before screwing it into one side and then screwing it into the other.
