I have done this more times than I can count.  And naturally, the pony(ies) I miss out on almost always go for next to nothing.  The other day I missed out on a Mountain Boy Tornado that was mislabeled.  I slept through the auction and it ended at 99p with no bidders.

I keep buying ponies too.  But I think I am cutting myself off now.  I'm waiting on one in the mail and that is it! 

I LOVE jellie bellies!  My sister and I used to get them and play "guess the flavor".  Our favorites ended up being juicy pear, margarita, coconut, and buttered popcorn.  And the sours!  Those are so good.  I still sometimes close my eyes and see if I can guess which one I just ate.

I will say that Jelly Bellies are a hit or miss for me. But the juicy pear kind? *shudders*  For some reason, it tastes like I put something DANGEROUS in my mouth....like lighter fluid or motor oil. The taste is strong, intense, and does NOT taste like a pear. It's like.....concentrated evil.

The cherry ones rock! And I find that I like the popcorn ones too, even though the idea sounds gross.

Weird!  I think they taste like pears!  Cherry is always a good pick.  I don't really like the pop flavored ones so much.  I like the first bite into them, but then they fall flat (excuse the pun).
