It's some kind of weirdo wind-up monkey!  LOL No clue what it's from.

Yeah he's one of my favorites, too--it's a Sugar Loaf toy, and I have NO clue what they were thinking when they made it.  I got him at a thrift shop.  I am guessing he was in one of those claw machines.

Although, let me add, it's good to know that people like scary faced dolls. I see them sometimes at flea markets and I'm like... YIKES, who would want that? ^^ But good to know they are wanted!
