I'm afraid they've already moved in. See, it's their bassinnet. They own it. But I never part with the original ponies I had of any set, and the original M&T I have came I think from a trader who is no longer with us but who both my sister and I had a lot of affection for. I am also a real sucker for this set of twins, because of Ice Cream Wars as a kid. So I'm sorry, but I think they're likely to be staying put I don't mean to keep doubles except upgrades, but those two...yeah, I think they're stopping here. They are holding a sit in in their bassinett at present to prove it really is theirs

I am debating calling them Knotweed and Tangleweed

I am getting some other duplicate US baby ponies which I bought for the accessories, and I really seriously hope I'm not going to end up adopting them too ><

Magic message cuddles. I absolutely HATE that ugly pose and there's nothing I particularly like about her, but she was the first pony I had with flaws (her symbol is badly rubbed) so I put the flashprance outfit on her to cover her flaws and I wasn't worried about her getting messed up, so she became my travel pony until I happened on a baity baby Tiddlywinks with a mohawk and a chip out of her hoof that took her place. I got them both very early in my collection and after all these years they're still there. Never offered them up for sale once.

Just wanted to say thanks to you all your stories have been great they have made me smile. And Carolspain thanks for the pictures its nice to see some once in awhile.
To Add, I ended up with some Remco fakies actually am happy about it. I used to have Remco fakies as a little girl I remember their rainbow little rubber bands. Too bad the Remcos I have now aren't the ones I had as a child but oh well. I doubt any of them are going anywhere either. I need to post pictures of them sometime.

I have this very sad very stained Parasol that.. I just can't give away.  her hair is nice... that's part of it.

I found a fake moose pony.  It was hot pink with purple hair and complete with a rack of horns.  It is so ridiculous and awesome.  I got it at a thrift store a few years back.  I can't let it go.

I have this horrid fakie that I saw at a thrift store and felt bad for. I ended up taking her home with me. She's huge, blocky, has a knotted mess of hair, is neon pink, and has beddy-bye type eyes with bright blue eyeshadow. Everyone who comes into my room scans over my collection, sees her, and asks, "What's that?"
I've also ended up with a few G4 things. I have a Fluttershy and a Rainbow Dash that my mom got me for my birthday, a Pinkie Pie plush keychain her friend got me, and then my boyfriend got me a big plush Fluttershy. I don't collect G4 or really care for it much at all, but I'm always keeping them because they were gifts so they're special to me.

I've got a few ponies that I hadn't planned on getting , but they were given to me by friends, so of course I had to keep them. Flutter Yum Yum is one.

Also, I've recently found a couple of G1 plush in thrift stores that were really nice. As I've never been a big fan of G1 plush I bought them to resell, but they've grown on me for some reason so I guess I'm collecting those now.

I have a handful of G4 ponies and two EQG dolls (whom I find terribly creepy) that have been purchased for me by well-meaning friends and family.  I don't really display them at all, but I can't bring myself to get rid of them either.
