I wish they didn't go to the nylon hair like TY and Build a Bear has. The original hair had a different look to it and I liked the ponies with that alot better.

I guess this is all that sells? They have the NICI plushies and those aren't nylon haired either so not seeing why they had to change.

Probably because Build a Bear plushies are so popular.  Besides, the fabric hair on these was kind of a fail.  Most of it had no shape and just flopped around.  NICI plushies aren't widely available either.

It would be ironic, then, since the biggest complaint I've heard regarding the Build-a-Bears is about the hair and how it tangles so easily. Hopefully theirs is a lot easier to work with.

I prefer the fabric hair just because there's already Ty and BAB for brushable hair, but mostly I wish Aurora hadn't changed their pattern. The original patterns were really cute, and now both the new Aurora and Ty patterns look nearly identical. It's sad.
