I always felt several of the G3 ponies were "pirate like". Like Anchors Away, Waterfire and Hidden treasure (she even came with a treasure chest).
There is also Caribbean Delight, who has a parrot cutie mark.

I decided in my herd that Barnacle is the father of Tropical Breeze. She has (almost) the same coloring and a flamingo symbol. So she's more tropical than pirate, but she's still somewhat exotic. She's a flutter pony, so I don't know if that something you want or not.

There wasn't really much with pirates or parrots.   The closest my imagination could accept were:
 -Her Majesty Pearl, who has an oyster with a pearl in it (both nautical and treasure related)
 -Lady Waterfall: her symbol is a waterfall, and it made me think of the classic "treasure hidden in a cave behind a waterfall" trope.
 -Eve, who has a dolphin symbol.
None of those are very piratey though. If you wanted to add a tropical pony to build the family, there are TONS of G1s and G3s with palm trees and such, such as Piña Colada, whose symbol reminds me of an island where treasure could be buried. Surprisingly, there isn't much tropical feeling in G2. Huh.
  Also, this is nosy of me to pair up your ponies, but for some reason I wondered if North Star could be Feathermay's mother, because she's a pink pegasus too, and every pirate crew needs someone who is a good navigator. Obviously, that's just me, and she doesn't really fit the theme at all, so I don't mind if you ignore this.

I COVET G2 Lady Pearl and Eve. So pretty. And I love dolphins. They are so fun to watch, and I got to pet one once! But anyway, I have gotten really into G2 lately so the best ones I can think of for a nautical theme besides the ones you already mentioned are the Boat Twins: Ocean and Coral with their little bathing suits, and Waterlily. But yeah, they didn't really do a tropical theme at all with that gen, which is kind of a shame because I love the tropical colors and symbols.

That second set of G1 Rainbow ponies has one with feathers on her butt that reminds me of Feathermay, her Argie version more-so, maybe cause I saw a custom G1 feathermay in that pose!
