yes, that clip if I remember offhand belongs to the DB who's wearing it.

The shooting star barrettes first appeared in the G1 MLP line, and the mould reused for the Dream Beauties - so yes, it's a MLP accessory. :D  Nice find!

Probably a fair bit; it's unique to her.  Not as much as a Princess Crown clip, though.
