so my mum picked this little fella up whilst thrifting today

is he worth anything?  or is he O.K to bait out for customs ?

he looks to have some discoloration but is in otherwise  fair condition

I don't think that's a GC. I don't remember any minis that had a brushable mane and plastic tail. Does it have the GC symbol on it?

no he only has  Imperial Industries Inc. 1997   on the inside of one of his back legs.

I'm %90 sure he's a GC .   the back legs move a little so he can placed in a rearing pose. 
if he did have the GC  symbol there is a good chance it may have rubbed off  he dose have some paint wear after all.
hes about the size of the  foals that come with the  larger horses.

the tail is throwing me a bit tho but then im not all that familiar  with this toy line
