I am so mad at Gameloft right now.    I really wanted Starlight Glimmer and I missed the first time she was offered. I had a Google Play card I was going to spend to either get gems or Starlight if she was offered again. Tonight my game said the Starlight bundle was back and I loaded my Google Play card and purchased it. I've turned my device on and off several times and no Starlight Glimmer. shop or decoration, but my money is gone. I sent in a ticket to Gameloft and told them I want the items I paid for. I had to just select a provider like you suggested LadyG. I hope I get Starlight.

Quick question to you guys!
2. Is anyone receiving hearts and chests? I have a good 70+ friends collected form various sites that claim to be active players and send out hearts everyday but for the past two weeks I haven't received anything at all. I've seen one other complaint of this on reddit but that's about all.

I have not recieved any hearts in at least two weeks. I know I send them and I dance all 5 songs daily, and it (suposedly) auto sends dancing hearts. Im IRL PBFF with one person on my friend list and we are sending each other hearts but they are not actually showing up in our towns. Very frustrating!!  Sure I have all the heart ponies but I like playing the heart balloon pop game!!

I too wonder about that sapphire prize....no hearts AND that make this pony suspicious (though the dragon thing was FUN!)....

PonyInABox had no box in my town for several updates. After the last update  shes in her box again. She will show up in all three towns but she's awesome at hiding. Seriously. If I can't find her and I start moving buildings she turns up hiding behind one. If yiu leave a town, when you come back she should have moved (hopefully to an easier to access spot).

That's a bit odd!

I only get hearts from a handful of people and I know at least a couple of them are not in the US (same as me - one UK, one Canada). I'd be interested to know if my hearts ever get to my flist!

I'm still waiting on Gameloft to give me Starlight Glimmer and the other items that were in her bundle. I sent in a ticket and complained on their Facebook page.  I did receive an email yesterday asking me to check my inventory for Starlight and the other items but I checked and she still not there. I have checked my inventory at each location and looked in each house. I also got a response on Facebook that they hoped I would be contacted soon with the missing pony. Does that mean I'll get Starlight?

My game said Happy Hearts and Hooves day also.

Update: Starlight Glimmer, the shop and the decoration appeared in my game today.

HUGE NEWS GUYS!!!

Amazon 'Underground', a new amazon app, is releasing games that usually require real money micro transaction for free. You no longer have to waste real money or spend stupid amounts of time hording gems now! No more in app purchases!!! More gems!!!

This is not a hack, it's an official app. It's available in the UK and US on ANDROID ONLY at the moment. Just search for the gameloft game on amazon and follow the instructions to get the app and game.

Currently no problems being reported and I'm in the middle of downloading it. However, this means you need to start over on a new app. I just recently started over anyway so I don't mind.

Search on Amazon and then you can have Amazon send a link to your phone or email and that will give you special instructions to download the 'underground' app. It's just like the regular Amazon app so you can shop on there, but it includes the ability to download the MLP game (and more!) in a special 'actually free' way.

Pros of the app:
- Get 3 free ponies from tutorial.
- Quests and level ups give more gems.
- Higher chance of receiving a gem from defeating parasprites or vines.
- No micro-transactions at all, even the game itself is free.
- More gems from playing every day.
- Social has hearts and chests but as with the regular game it sometimes has issues.
- Does not cause any harm to your other app.
- Has events where you can win more gems!
- Game updates via the Amazon, currently on the same version as Android and IOS now.

Cons of the app:
- Brand new game, cannot combine with the other version.
- New friend code that you can only use with others on the same app (so no regular version users).
- Android Only.
- Only US, UK, Germany, and France have been reported to work so far.
- Gem amounts earned decrease significantly after you get through the early missions and events.
- Prices in the shops have not changed, ponies / stores / decor still pricey!

I'm going to reinstate that the game still requires gems. You will use gems to skip, revive in the mine cart game, play the special balloon pop, etc. What this version of the app does is remove micro-transactions and instead gives you more gems automatically. Withing 36 hours of owning and playing casually I've received almost 150 gems.

Very interesting about that new app! But at this time I'm not wanting to lose the progress I've made. Might check it out if I ever get a new device or the game dies though (assuming it's also available on Amazon kindle?)

Well you don't have to delete your other version, it doesn't affect it at all. I'm playing both, one for more casual playing and the other I just go to in between to save up and do quests.
I can't confirm for sure if it will work for kindle but since it's a non ios amazon product I think it'll work.

I have a Kindle so I can confirm that Amazon Underground works on it. I ditched the micro-transaction version of the MLP game for the Amazon Underground version and have been loving it.
