I use a soft round brush [it's really better if it's not a pointed brush but has a bit of a rounded edge] just slightly larger than you'd have used to paint your details with. also? Don't get it wet. At all XD I usually start at a central point on top of the dolls cheek bone, and work out in an oval from there, letting it fade out as it gets towards the edge of the blushing. Like erm....lets see...

Hmm, I'd use an old pony neck plug or simply some milliputxgreenstuff mix.

Actually once I removed cadences head, it was hollow in her neck, so I sat the torso in the neck, stuffed the space around it with aluminum foil, then sculpted the two together with apoxie clay ^.^
