Customs / ISO partial/full Wisteria hank!!« on: June 19, 2020, 11:59:24 PM »
I'm looking for either a full or partial hank if Wisteria! I thought I would have enough to rehair a pony but I only had enough for about 75%
I'm located in the US so I would prefer keeping it in the US for shipping cost 7
Pony Corral / Re: head different shade from body? (help)« on: June 18, 2020, 10:30:16 PM »My thoughts are that hydrogen peroxide or oxiclean baths will not help much and sunfading may be your best option. The first two are meant to clean out dirt and such, and the discoloration is...discoloration. If you check in often you should fair alright even if not much changes.I was thinking sunfading might be the best option.... I might give it a try tomorrow and see what happens 8
Pony Corral / head different shade from body? (help)« on: June 18, 2020, 09:09:49 PM »
Hello all! I recently gathered all of my G1 collection from storage and have been going through them all to give them a bath. I came across my Sea Shimmer sea pony (non pearly) and re-remembered how discolored her head is compared to her body she has nothing else wrong with her other than her head being a few shades too dark but after searching around a bit on google I've noticed this seems to be kind of normal with this particular sea pony?
Anyways, I was posting to see if there is any way I could possibly try to lighten it a couple shades so its not as noticeable? Of course I'm not looking for a perfect match, but even a shade or two lighter would be nice! I've been experimenting with sun fading on some bait ponies so I guess my question is could sunfading her head possibly work? I've also heard of hydrogen peroxide baths and oxyclean baths but I've never tried either and don't know if they would apply to this particular situation. I know some ponies aren't good to sunfade etc so I wanted to ask everyone for their opinion! For Sale - For Auction / Selling G4 Collection!« on: June 17, 2020, 03:05:09 PM »
Hello everyone! I've decided to sell off my entire G4 pony collection. I haven't been collecting them in a while and I'd rather focus on collecting G1 lol All are in great condition, many still have the little elastics in their hair from coming straight out of the box. They've just been sitting a shelf this entire time.
Everything has been listed on my ebay store: HERE I do have some others that need to be listed and some MIB ponies, they're just being stored at my grandmother's house so I havent been able to get over there! 11

Pony Brag Arena / Re: g1 pony lot find at the thrift store!« on: June 14, 2020, 03:51:35 PM »Yep, this is a VERY nice lot. Pink Dreams! And Sweet Sundrop and Little Flitter both in excellent condition. What a haul! They were a but dirty and spotty when I got them so I wasn't sure how they would clean up but everything came off in the bath so I was definitley pleasantly surprised! I've been off my pony game for a bit so I didn't recognize most of them initially but I'm so happy with them! Post Merge: June 14, 2020, 03:54:02 PM Oh my gosh, wow! What a haul! I'd probably have a minor heart attack if I stumbled across these gorgeous ponies at my local charity shop. They all look like they're in great condition, too!I've honestly never managed to go d thrift ponies before so this was a dream come true! The price was a bit high for a secondhand shop but I couldn't refuse. Now that I know roundabout prices for them it was definitley worth the price I paid I will keep that in mind for sure! |
