original pretty pony hair question

I found one and she has a cut tail and her mane seems a bit thin
is it possible to rehair these and if so had anyone done it for commission
i plan on keeping her and her mechanic still work and she blinks and tail moves

I've never heard of anyone rehairing them, but it might be possible!
