Title: Any aussie taobao orders happening?
Post by: bagheera86 on March 22, 2012, 08:09:17 PM
I'd like to order a small non pony item off taobao, I was wondering if anyone else was ordering? and how much does it usually cost all up for say, an item that is $4-5?

I would love to know how to even find and order stuff off of there. Is there an english version of the site?

I don't know of anyone doing an order right now.  :(

I know the agent that I use charges a 10% handling fee for total value paid (Total item value + China Home freight), paypal fee's and also there maybe a $5 repacking fee involved if you purchase from different sellers.  Then you have the cost of shipping from them to you, which is very pricey for one single item.  I paid almost $40 in freight just for a few items to the US.

I would definitely recommend finding someone doing a group order to help you.  I think it would end up costing you a bunch in the end for one little item.
