This gal was started about 3 years ago. I couldn't find lights that made me happy at the time. I selected these lights b/c although the battery pack is a bit large, it takes standard AA batteries. She was a baity Sunspot, carefully cleaned of all her horrid rust. She features a skeleton painting on her DS side and working lights that either stay on or flicker!! What a Halloween pony!! Her hair features four colors, black magic, bouganvillea, sour grapes, and marmalade. I did my best to arrange her lights in a pleasing fashion and get both eyes to (basically) light up. It's wonderfully creepy!

Her name originates from a fantasy series of books I read as a young adult, the Xanth series by Piers Anthony. There is a character, a "Nightmare" named Mare Imbrium (the sea beds on the moon are known as mares, and one of the largest is Imbrium).

Celebrate Halloween with this one of a kind lovely pony!

I'm in love. She's my favorite pose AND color, awesome creepy skeleton and the lights just sealed the deal. Also, I have a CSA custom addiction

Wow, she's amazing! Great work on the skeleton- so creepy, and the lights just make the whole thing even better.

I adore Imbri in the Xanth books I've read.

I love the painted skeleton, especially with the highlights! And she looks just awesome lighted up, a perfect Halloween decoration. Such a stunning and unique piece of pony art!

Awesome! I love in the video when you turn the lights out, then start to turn the pony.. She is sort of freaky and almost looks like she has her own movement! Spooky!
