So it is no secret that I am a little bit of a beer snob, so I used the super thin cardboard used in beer boxes, the kind that holds a six of bottles. I just cut out the general shape of my wing and then gently bent the cardboard until the creases became permanent. Then I applied Apoxie Sculpt to one side and bent the wing into the final shape. I would use a paint pot to support the curve while the first side dried. Does that make sense? To everyone else - Thank you so very much for taking the time to comment on and compliment my custom. I truly appreciate your kind words.
