After sending payment there were 17 days with no communication until package was shipped. After recieving the ponies I was given a Posey instead of Posey Rose. I sent an message on June 8th but she hasn't been online since May 28th. Other than that the ponies arrived in good condition and she even threw in some appreciated extras.
