Howdiee there :) just finished my first merpony and i can say i wont be making another one any time soon haha xD Not unless requested. Her creation was very spaced out and it was a lot more work than i thought but it was still good fun :) I cant get my pictures up here so i shall link to my DA. I would love some oppinions on her :) She is quite basic as i just wanted to get the hang of creating a merpony and how they work, but i think shes still quite nice :)

For a first attempt she looks great :D the colours all tie in really well together too.

Gosh, I love that hair blend! She looks fantastic, especially for your first. And I bet they take an insane amount of time and effort, that's why I've never attempted one myself. :lol: But she looks well worth it, nice job.

I never started a merpony because I know it will be an insane amount of work. You did so well that I'm tempted to try. Because the outcome is totally worth the time. :) Awesome pony.

Yes they are really time consuming and a bit scary to start, having to chop the legs of to be left with a big hole and the scales X_x *nighmares* haha.
But id also say that they are well worth making, a good learning experience, id like to try making a more intricate merpony in the future, but i'm looking to improve my sculpting first, i found that i have a lot to learn there.
