Hi everyone!  I'm so happy to be a part of this group! I recently rekindled my love for My Little Pony after thinking about all the toys I had as a child in the 80's. I had about a dozen G1 ponies and collected them from about 1982-1985. While unemployed during the pandemic I started telling my Mom about how I missed all my childhood toys and she went out and bought me a dozen G1 ponies that needed lots of TLC. I started doing some research about the best ways to restore them and it was a slippery slope from there!  I started going to my local flea market in search of ponies and have now been successful two times!  What a thrill to find ponies in the wild!  I absolutely love cleaning them and bringing them back to their glory.

I've always been a doll collector and have been restoring 80's barbies for a number of years so it is nice to be able to apply the things I've learned along the way to my new love of ponies.

My goal is to be able to re-collect all the G1s I had as a kid while adding some of the newer ones to my collection, and then restoring and selling any doubles that I acquire along the way. I have an Ebay store so as soon as the first batch of ponies are ready I will be listing them there.
