Very interesting! Mine has white stripes, but I definitely wouldn't mind owning both variants. Definitely would be worried about just getting another white one if I bought her online, and no place locally sells them. :( Maybe secondhand will be the answer?

That's so scary! I've heard about this happening with Detolfs a good handful of times (they're very popular among anime figure collectors, I collect anime figures, too) and that's put me off from ever wanting one.

Don't like Amazon but I just gave in and ordered the Celestials from them anyway. They're expected to arrive between the 7th and 8th of next month.

Off Topic / Re: What would you collect if money and space was no issue?
« on: August 12, 2023, 08:17:59 PM »
The original Polly Pocket toys for sure. I grew up a bit with the Mattel reboot where the dolls were a bit larger and had those rubber clothes, but now as an adult toy collector, the original compact style toys really appeal to me even though I never really knew about them as a kid. I don't own any and would probably buy one if I found one cheap in person, but if I could justify it, I would absolutely collect them.

Similarly, Sylvanian Families is another toyline I don't own any of but I just sort of admire from afar. They're really cute and I love flocked toys, and all the cute little accessories.....

I do collect dolls, but I'd probably collect some more expensive dolls if I had the money for it.

I enjoy gaming so I do buy video games, but I'd maybe be more serious about collecting them and having a better setup for using them if I had the space/money. Same with music, I buy physical music (CD and to a lesser extent, vinyl) but don't really have the space for an actual good setup for listening to them.

Spoiler
I love concerts! I still don't drive yet so my dad always takes me to them. I want to try to start learning to drive later this year (like around October or so) so hopefully then I won't need to rely on him to be able to go to them.

I think this these are all the ones I've been to:

-Roger Waters (performing The Wall, May 24th, 2012)
-Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band (July 14th, 2012)
-Paul McCartney (July 19th, 2013, tbh what I remember most from this is tripping on the sidewalk of Seattle and scraping my legs really badly on the way to the venue....)
-Ninja Sex Party (September 26th, 2017)
-Protest The Hero (opening acts Thank You Scientist and Closure in Moscow, April 2nd, 2018)
-Thank You Scientist (opening acts In The Presence of Wolves, Kindo, & Black Sun Moon, May 1st 2019)
-Babymetal (opening act The Hu, October 16th, 2019)
-Between the Buried and Me (August 27th, 2021)
-King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard (Opening act Leah Senior, October 6th, 2022)

As far as who I'd like to see..... I guess just anybody I'm actively listening to right now. At the moment I'm really wanting to see Devin Townsend, an artist I just got into a couple months ago. I heard that he's said he will be doing an NA tour this summer, but it's not officially announced with dates and cities yet or anything. Once it is I guess I'll have to beg my dad to let me buy tickets. :P

Bumping this thread a bit, one more concert added to the list!

-Animals as Leaders, Devin Townsend, Dream Theater (July 22nd, 2023)

I ate a wide variety of fruit snacks as a kid. My favorites now are Annie's brand, those cute rabbit shaped fruit snacks. Since they're an organic brand though, their stuff is a bit pricey and as a result I only buy them every once in a while as a treat.

Oooh very pretty. I really hope they come to the US, pearlized ponies are one of my favorite gimmicks.

The album "Deconstruction" by Devin Townsend Project, it's my favorite album. :lovey: Only started listening to Devin this year back in January but this album very quickly became my #1 favorite. Highly recommend to progressive metal fans.

...that it's best to not feed ducks bread?

It fills their belly without providing them nutrients. Next time you go duck feeding at the park take some peas, bird seed pellets, grains,... instead of leftover bread.

This is a very important one, thank you! That said, it is ideally best not to feed wildlife as it can encourage bad behavior on their part.

Have her, she's pretty cute. Got her back when she was released early into my pony collecting. :)

There's something inherently exciting about non-Mane 6 G4 releases to me considering how little there really were. :P Anyway, I really like those hair colors with her shade of pink, it's a nice color scheme.

Don't have the pictured ones (don't really care for the molded hair G5s), but I do have a couple brushables of her.

Have her! Pink and green is a really nice color scheme imo.
