One Twin Has Fuller Hair?

So I bought this pair for my daughter as she wanted one of the NBTs.

 Am I just perceiving it wrong, or does Nibbles have a fuller mane then Dibbles?

(Dibs just has to do her quarantine time and then I'll surprise her with them.)

It's not something I think I'd be able to tell by a picture.

You could tie a string around the hair, and measure it, then compare it to the other. If one is fuller, then it'll be larger.

Could be a batch thing or a wear thing. Do their hoof markings match?
