I think people should defenitely leave feedback!!

Other members need to know how this was handled! Whether it should be neutral or negative is obviously up to the individual, I doubt anyone is going to be leaving a positive in this instance?

you definitely should submit feedback! the community should know how this all turned out when/if ABC runs a raffle like this again. whether its positive, negative, or neutral is entirely up to you, but if i were in this situation my feedback definitely wouldn't be positive...
