Hmmm can candy flavoring be used as scenting o3o?

Ok I've done a test before with scenting some clay I had using candy flavoring and I got to thinking...

Has anyone tried using candy flavoring to scent ponies?

The flavoring I was looking at is what you can get at walmart and it's called LorAnn Oils

yeah that was the one thing I wasn't sure about... though it's a nice idea since it would have been a faster way for me to find a root beer scent locally XD

I'm interested in how this turns out, if you try it. It could be worth trying on a baity pony or something just to see. Then again, I'm really curious, and I buy baits just to do stuff like this sometimes.

If it's an oil-based flavoring, I think it would last fine.  Most flavorings are dissolved in water/alcohol, but the ones you found sound like they are oils.

Oil based should work! I would test it out just in case as some oils can discolor dyes---but go for it!!
